Randy S. Gerber, managing director of the St. Louis office of Polsinelli Shughart PC, announced today that attorney Brad J. Cytron has joined the firm as a shareholder in the real estate practice where he will focus his practice on real estate transactions and real estate development.
Cytron has represented both public and private companies in a wide range of activities involving acquisition, disposition and development of various commercial, industrial and retail properties, zone use planning, and acquisition and development financing. He also has represented developers in public financing matters and commercial borrowers in secured revolving credit and term loan facilities.
“Brad brings to our clients a wealth of experience ranging from property transactions and development to general real estate and business counseling. In these challenging times, it is imperative that attorneys provide responsive, comprehensive service to their clients in a cost effective manner. Cytron earned a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law, cum laude, in 1995. He earned B.S. and B.A. degrees for his undergraduate study at the University of Arizona in 1991.
