National law firm Polsinelli Shughart continues its growth with the addition of attorney Eric S. Wu to the firm’s Business department. Mr. Wu practices in the firm’s Corporate Finance and Securities group and advises a variety of clients, including public and private companies, on transactional and ongoing compliance with securities regulations and other corporate matters.

Prior to joining Polsinelli Shughart, Mr. Wu practiced in the Washington, D.C. office of a law firm based in New York City. He has represented companies as buyers and sellers in various acquisitions, including asset sales, equity purchases and mergers, and he stated, “I’m thrilled to have joined a highly regarded national law firm. With offices located throughout the country, Polsinelli Shughart offers a vast amount of resources to better serve its clients and further develop my practice.”

Mr. Wu earned his J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law and subsequently earned a Master of Laws from the Georgetown University Law Center in the field of Securities and Financial Regulation. He earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of California.
