Marty Harper, managing partner of the Phoenix office of Polsinelli Shughart PC announced today that David W. Lunn has joined the firm’s Phoenix office as a shareholder in the business litigation practice group. Lunn, who focuses his practice on commercial, construction and eminent domain cases, is a licensed attorney in both Arizona and California.
“David is a great asset to our firm’s litigation group and a complement to our real estate practice,” said Harper. “We are pleased to have his experience, particularly relating to construction and eminent domain cases. He has worked closely with Scott Henderson who recently joined us as a shareholder in our real estate practice. Together, they bring a wealth of experience and a loyal client base to complement our growing full service firm.”
Lunn’s notable representations include a condemnation matter involving a partial taking of real property located in Los Angeles County, resulting in a $12.3 million award for his client. He also represented a Fortune 500 international construction company in both the defense and pursuit of claims arising out of a failed multi-million dollar hotel/retail/commercial development project. In addition to his real estate and eminent domain cases, Lunn’s commercial litigation cases include representation of a leading provider of software solutions for cross-channel retailers in connection with a dispute relating to the development of a complex software package.
