National law firm Polsinelli Shughart PC welcomes shareholder Douglas Wiley to the firm’s Wealth Planning practice. Wiley’s addition provides a new area of service for clients in Arizona. In the past year, the firm’s Phoenix office has strengthened its corporate capabilities to complement its national trial experience. Wiley brings 14 years of wealth management and estate planning experience, advising clients in all aspects of estate, charitable and tax planning.

Wiley structures advanced estate planning strategies and asset protection planning for individuals. His clients include successful business owners, entrepreneurs and professional athletes. He brings indepth knowledge of advanced estate planning techniques for high net worth families and his experience also allows him to advise clients in pre-marital and post-marital agreements, guardianships and conservatorships, and the formation of business entities.

Wiley earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University, his master’s degree in economics from the University of Arizona in 1993 and his bachelor’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics. Wiley is rated AV® Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.
He joins Polsinelli Shughart during an unprecedented time of growth for the firm. Recently, the Phoenix office relocated to the new 27-story CityScape high-rise downtown. The move is a result of the explosive growth of the Phoenix office which increased by more than a third last year to 55 attorneys.
