Polsinelli Shughart PC welcomes attorney Nicole Hamilton to the firm’s Insurance Coverage/Bad Faith Litigation practice in the Trial department. Hamilton joins the firm as an associate in the firm’s Phoenix office where she will assist clients in commercial litigation cases. Hamilton’s experience includes insurance recovery, toxic tort and environmental litigation-related matters.

Hamilton brings experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants including individuals, small and mid-sized companies, and Fortune 500 companies. She previously worked as an associate attorney at Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon, LLP in Chicago.
“I’m thrilled to be back in Arizona and have the opportunity to work alongside some of the best business litigators in country,” Hamilton said.
Hamilton completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Raner Collins of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. She graduated with high honors from the University of University of Illinois College of Law and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
The Phoenix office of Polsinelli Shughart has increased by more than one-third since the beginning of 2010, expanding to 55 attorneys. In addition, the firm significantly expanded its Environmental and Natural Resources, and Insurance Coverage/Bad/Faith Litigation practices, providing more depth of services to clients.
This fall, Polsinelli Shughart will relocate to three floors of the CityScape office tower in downtown Phoenix occupying nearly 70,000 square feet.
