National law firm Polsinelli Shughart PC expands its Corporate and Health Care Law practices with the addition of Shareholder Anne Kleindienst to its Phoenix office. Kleindienst will advise health care clients, and large and small businesses, on corporate and finance matters. Kleindienst is known for providing assistance to businesses and healthcare providers, including hospital systems, behavioral health and long term care facilities, and physician groups, on a broad range of business and finance matters.

Kleindienst has extensive experience in business formation and counseling, mergers and acquisitions, corporate debt finance transactions, equipment leasing and financing transactions, representation of issuers, borrowers and indenture trustees in tax-exempt bond financings, franchising and trademark registration and licensing matters.

Prior to joining, Polsinelli Shughart, Kleindienst was a shareholder at the law firm of Fennemore Craig, P.C. She also serves as the general counsel to the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and as a board member on the Arizona Investment Council. She is also the past chair of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona.
She earned her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan University.
Kleindienst joins Polsinelli Shughart during an unprecedented time of growth for the firm. Recently, the Phoenix office relocated to the new 27-story CityScape high-rise downtown. The move is a result of the explosive growth of the Phoenix office which increased by more than one-third last year to 60 attorneys today.
