National law firm Polsinelli Shughart PC welcomes attorney Christina Kelly Geremia as an associate in the firm’s Trial department where she will focus her practice on all aspects of insurance coverage/bad faith litigation. Geremia will represent clients in maximizing their insurance coverage for third-party and first-party claims. She has litigation experience involving commercial, product liability, premises liability, personal injury, asbestos and transportation matters. In addition to her law practice, Geremia is recognized for her pro bono work.
She also devotes significant time to providing pro bono representation to families requiring assistance with guardianship and adoption needs. In 2009, she was ranked as one of the Top 50 Pro Bono Attorneys in Arizona by the Foundation for Legal Services.

Geremia has developed a diverse background litigating cases. She has experience counseling and advising clients regarding insurance coverage strategies, advising on policy implications resulting from lawsuits, and breach of contract and bad faith litigation. In addition, Geremia advises clients regarding complicated medical lien issues and developing protocols to deal with the implications of the ever changing state and federal laws in this area.

Geremia earned her law degree from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of law in 1998 and graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Arizona State University.
She joins Polsinelli Shughart during an unprecedented time of growth for the firm. In November 2010, the Phoenix office relocated to the new 27-story CityScape high-rise downtown. The move is a result of the explosive growth of the Phoenix office which increased by more than one-third last year to more than 60 attorneys today.
