Polsinelli Shughart climbed to the 26th position nationally for providing outstanding client service among law firms serving Fortune 1000 companies. The rankings come from the BTI Consulting Group, Inc., the leading provider of strategic research for law firms, which revealed its annual benchmark market study on client service known as the BTI Client Service A-Team.
“This is exciting news and an affirmation that our national platform is gaining traction while keeping our core values, as we are serving larger and more diverse clients,” said Chairman Russ Welsh.
Equally impressive is the move up in ranking. Polsinelli Shughart jumped more than 100 positions from the 2011 report. The findings are based solely on client surveys, and not provided by the law firms. Comments from clients and general counsel include “Praising Polsinelli Shughart for thinking outside the box in how they service their clients,” and “providing outstanding service for a reasonable price.”

BTI begins its survey with the 650 core law firms serving large and Fortune 1000 clients. Of those, clients nominated just 306 for superior client service this year.
