Polsinelli Shughart PC congratulates St. Louis attorney Ryan J. Mason for being selected by Missouri Lawyers Weekly as an Up and Coming Lawyer for 2010. Mason is an associate who practices in the Financial Services department in the St. Louis office of Polsinelli Shughart. The legal newspaper will honor Mason, and 54 other attorneys across the state, at the Rams Club in St. Louis, Wednesday, September 22, 2010.

Mason earned his law degree from the University of Michigan in 2003, and his A.B., with honors, from Washington University in 2000. He primarily represents the interests of financial services clients in every stage of litigation, from out-of-court workouts, to motion and trial practice in court, to advocacy before appellate courts. In addition, Mason handles bankruptcy proceedings, hearings for injunctive relief, and a wide variety of other litigation actions and workout matters.

In addition to his legal career, Mason is involved in making his hometown a better place to work and live through his efforts with The Mission Continues, an organization committed to providing service fellowships to wounded and disabled American military veterans, as well as through the annual party he organizes and hosts to benefit the American Cancer Society.
