Erin E. Lary, an attorney with a broad range of litigation experience in both federal and state courts, joined Polsinelli Shughart PC as an associate in the firm’s Trial Department and will focus her practice on business litigation and product liability.
Lary’s past litigation experience includes automotive products liability actions, insurance coverage and bad faith issues, premises liability, personal injury, civil rights and employment. Her trial experience includes the successful defense of employers in discrimination claims, personal injury actions and wrongful death.
Lary also owns considerable appellate experience, which includes representing clients before Missouri appellate courts and before the 8th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. She also served as law clerk for the Honorable Duane Benton, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit from 2004-05.

Lary graduated with her J.D. in 2003 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, with distinction, and was a member of Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business-Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2000. She is licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas.
