Aaron Jackson believes in the age-old maxim, "a man's word is his bond."  Aaron lives out this belief by enforcing the contractual rights and remedies of financial institutions, loan servicers, and creditors of all shapes and sizes that own or service distressed commercial debt.

Aaron’s areas of focus include:

  • Collecting on debt instruments, ranging in amount from $100,000 to more than $100 million
  • Recovering collateral securing defaulted debt, regardless of type or location, with a focus in foreclosing commercial real estate
  • Obtaining appointments of receivers to preserve and protect office buildings, apartment complexes, shopping centers, and other types of income-producing collateral
  • Negotiating forbearances, modifications, and other loan workouts
  • Defending lender liability claims
  • Navigating disputes between loan servicers, loan participants, and investors
  • Representing creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings

Aaron focuses his efforts on developing and executing real-world solutions to legal and business problems, no matter how large or complex, relating to commercial debt. Aaron knows from his experience as a staff sergeant in the Army that the successful performance of a mission requires planning, open and timely communication, and efficient and decisive action. These principles form the core of his legal practice as well.
