Brian Wallace continues to sharpen his skillset and develop intimate knowledge with respect to a number of industries, which enables him to be a valuable asset to many firm clients. He has significant experience in structuring, advising clients, and drafting key acquisition, divestiture, license, and other commercial transactional agreements in the life sciences, technology, and insurance industries. Brian also routinely advises clients in connection with capital raises and the host of federal and state securities and other laws implicated thereby.

In his representation of the firm’s amateur sports and other clients, including major collegiate conferences and national interscholastic associations, Brian has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, and drafting complex media rights agreements. In such practice, Brian works closely with a number of constituencies, including management, universities and their counsel, to achieve the client’s goals.

Over the past five years, Brian also has developed the ability to efficiently draft and interpret sophisticated organizational documents and to provide guidance on entity selection and corporate governance issues to clients ranging from proof-of-concept and start-up businesses to mature companies.
