Daniel also represents bankruptcy trustees in adversary proceedings and asset recovery actions, working for the benefit of both creditors and bankruptcy estates. He enforces creditors’ rights both before and after judgment by enforcing lending agreements, obtaining extraordinary remedies, obtaining receiverships, and recovering assets.
In addition to his work on the behalf of creditors, Daniel has represented a wide variety of businesses in complex commercial litigation, focusing on complex contractual disputes, securities litigation, consumer class action defense, non-compete agreement disputes, civil RICO matters, and commercial fraud investigations.
Daniel regularly appears in federal and state courts across the nation at trials and hearings and represents clients at arbitrations and mediations. He also has substantial experience in:
