Dustin Manning enjoys the challenge of helping clients resolve intricate legal issues.

He brings a unique background to assist corporate clients with contractual issues and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Polsinelli, Dustin worked as an outside consultant with the supply chain organization of a large power utility, where his duties were focused on mitigating contractual risk and improving contract compliance and administration.

Dustin has represented Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies in commercial litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

He uses his strong background in analyzing and enforcing commercial contracts to help clients identify and mitigate contractual risks.

  • Represented a regional bank in a contested suit for a deficiency judgment against a borrower and multiple guarantors and obtained a summary judgment against all defendants in less than five months.
  • Primarily drafted a pre-hearing brief in a contested arbitration proceeding which resulted in a favorable six-figure settlement for a floor plan lender.
