  • Represented defendant in declaratory judgment action seeking to declare separation agreement void, and defended against breach of contract counterclaim. Successfully obtained summary judgment in client's favor. Appeal is pending.
  • Defended company against breach of fiduciary duty, conversion, breach of contract, and unjust enrichment claims by former officer and shareholder of company who sought in excess of $3 million dollars in damages. Verdict returned in favor of defendant.
  • Assists clients of all sizes and in a wide range of industries to develop employment policies and procedures.
  • Provides targeted training to employees on a variety of topics, including harassment, management and supervisory responsibilities, and confidentiality.
  • Assists clients in preparing employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, retention agreements, severance agreements, and other employment related contracts.
