Emily Wey sees a client's perspective from the inside out, and Emily is experienced in the business of health care. She has served as in-house counsel for major players in her practice areas of private health care reimbursement and health information technology, and appreciates the value of an attorney supporting the business enterprise. This experience allows her to understand health care provider, health care payor, and technology provider perspectives when it comes to providing, coordinating, and being paid for health care.

Emily’s clients depend on her well-rounded background to structure health care delivery systems that meet the changing needs of 21st century health care – a landscape in which integrated delivery of care utilizing technology solutions meets quality-driven payment for that care.

Emily’s experience covers every aspect of the cycle of payment for health care. From transaction work, to establishing provider networks, to negotiation and management of payment relationships, to settlement of payment disputes, Emily is inspired by innovative solutions in the healthcare delivery and payment space, and looks forward to helping clients continue the evolution of health care.
