As former general counsel of the American Hospital Association, Fredric Entin applies his in-house experience to meet the needs of his existing clients, which include hospitals, academic medical centers, physicians and medical groups, and health care trade associations.

Fredric offers domestic and international health care clients extensive knowledge of health care corporate, regulatory, and general counsel services. During his 35-year career, he has had extensive experience in corporate compliance, class actions, and antitrust, including issues regarding:

  • Exempt tax and governance

  • Clinical information and technology

Fredric has advocated on behalf of health care clients before various regulatory agencies and in the courts. He also counsels international health care providers on regulatory, liability, and payment issues that emerge in treatment of patients from the United States.
