Jill Borgonzi is passionately dedicated to working collaboratively with clients to resolve the issues they face running their business.
Jill devotes her practice to representing employers in matters relating to union avoidance and providing assistance to companies involved in union organizing campaigns. She also represents employers in grievance and arbitration proceedings and matters before the National Labor Relations Board. Jill further counsels employers on employment policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the National Labor Relations Act.
In addition, Jill represents employers in employment discrimination matters before administrative agencies, state courts and federal courts. She also provides counsel to employers on employment policies and procedures to reduce their exposure to discrimination charges.
Jill began her legal career in Massachusetts. As an attorney for the City of Everett, Massachusetts, she negotiated collective bargaining agreements, represented the city in grievance and civil service disciplinary hearings. Jill also counseled management concerning contract interpretation and administration and employee discipline.
