  • Worked with an employer to obtain preliminary and permanent injunctive relief as to former employees who used confidential company information and customer lists to start competing business in violation of  non-competition and confidentiality agreements, resulting in closing down of competing business
  • Significantly narrowed issues and timeframe of multiple-count lawsuit filed by former employee seeking both statutory relief for retaliation and for common law claims by filing Iqbal motion pre-discovery
  • Obtained summary judgment on multiple occasions in a variety of employment discrimination claims resulting in elimination of risks at trial
  • Provide training to both employees and supervisors on various employment law topics
  • Draft social media policies for small and large employers (both public and private) in light of constantly changing NLRB standards
  • Conduct investigations into allegations of harassment for public and private sector clients, including follow up reporting and recommendations
