Kevin Hyland enjoys working with business people to help them achieve their goals.  He has the opportunity to do that on a regular basis as he represents banks and other financial institutions in a variety of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

Kevin’s national real estate and lending experience includes documenting, negotiating, and performing due diligence for mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, loan modifications, and various other transactions.  Kevin formerly worked as a certified public accountant in an international accounting firm. He also has experience in corporate, tax, and general real estate matters.
