When faced with litigation, companies and corporations turn to Leo Chmielewski. They depend on him to use his experience and client-centered approach to help them navigate concerns related to products liability and allegedly toxic substances. Leo has defended claims across the nation and possesses the experience and knowledge to defend clients no matter where their problems arise and in all areas of litigation, including trial, if necessary. Leo is committed to responding to the needs of clients and delivering positive results. He has significant experience in:

  • Managing the caseload of a major manufacturer in mass tort cases throughout the nation in all phases including defense of claims, negotiations, and trial
  • Defending clients in all phases of litigation including drafting and arguing dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions of both fact and expert witnesses, and trying cases to a jury

Leo is also an active volunteer for the Legal Services of Eastern Missouri where he provides consultation and representation of citizens who need access to the court system but would otherwise not be able to afford an attorney.
