Lauren Crawford is a creative problem solver who helps clients resolve complex disputes through a combination of efficient legal strategies and persuasive advocacy. Lauren successfully helps businesses protect and enforce their rights at both federal and state levels under an array of insurance policies, including commercial general liability policies, commercial auto liability, and umbrella and excess policies.

Prior to her work at Polsinelli, Lauren clerked for judges Patrick Irvine and Patricia Orozco on the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One. Lauren’s clerkship background provides her a unique perspective of the litigation process and a strong understanding of all stages of litigation. Lauren’s appellate knowledge is helpful to preserve issues on appeal and is key in developing effective litigation strategies.

  • Currently representing a national bank in a TPCA matter pending in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the American Arbitration Association.
  • Assisting clients with the resolution of multisite environmental-recovery claim involving defense and indemnity coverage for historic operations in the chemical manufacturing and explosives industries.
  • Member of a litigation team that represents an international defense group that manufactures weapons, aerospace equipment, and propellant in connection with an insurance-recovery action associated with historic manufacturing operations.
  • Successfully recovered funds on behalf of a retail tree and plant nursery company in connection with damaged nursery plant and tree shipments.
  • Provide coverage analyses and dispute-resolution services to a self-insured international vehicle rental company client.
