Lauren Groebe tackles client’s issues with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm every time. She brings a passion for the practice of health care law and a genuine interest in its business and compliance components.

With a master’s degree in health administration and a Health Law Certificate from St. Louis University, Lauren understands the numerous changes and ongoing issues facing health care providers from a variety of perspectives. Lauren works with clients on operational, compliance, and regulatory issues with a focus on the 340B Program, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, the National Physician Payment Transparency Program, provider-based rules and regulations, corporate compliance, Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, and state licensure issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Lauren completed an externship with the Legal Services of Eastern Missouri Children’s Health Advocacy Project and gained health care administrative experience through internships at a large religious health care system and the Veterans Health Administration.
  • Performed extensive state licensure research for a variety of health care providers concerning transactions resulting in changes of ownership or information.
  • Provided guidance and recommendations related to different types of provider Medicare and Medicare enrollment issues.
  • Offers assistance and support to 340B Program participants in various capacities, including registrations, compliance, and contract pharmacy set up structures.
  • Researches and analyzes issues related to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health compliance, policies, and procedures.
