Mary has more than 20 years of experience in a wide range of transactions in the manufacturing and service industries.

  • Represented a leading North American manufacturer of snow and ice control solutions for heavy-duty trucks in its sale to a public company for an aggregate purchase price of $95 million.
  • Represented a privately held contract packaging company in the acquisition of the division of another contract packaging company for a purchase price less than $2 million.
  • Represented a privately held bank holding company in connection with the acquisition of a bank for an aggregate cash purchase price in excess of $20 million.
  • Represented a public company in the aerospace industry in the acquisition of a sub-assembly manufacturing company for an aggregate purchase price in excess of $230 million.
  • Represented ownership of a privately held construction company in connection with the sale of stock in an ESOP transaction for purchase price in excess of $6 million.
  • Represented a privately held medical services company in its sale to a medical services organization for $4 million.
  • Represented a privately held equipment manufacturer in the acquisition of an Indiana equipment manufacturing company for a purchase price in excess of $2 million.
  • Represented a privately held truck distributorship business in the acquisition of a Missouri truck dealer for a purchase price less than $1 million.
