Marla Bell combines creativity with sound legal judgment to partner with clients in order to close complex real estate transactions. She has closed hundreds of transactions in all 50 states. Her years of experience in representing lenders provides an in-depth knowledge of commercial real estate, allowing her to weave complex issues with transactions in ways that benefit clients. Marla represents lenders with all types of commercial real estate financing transactions involving all types of assets. She has assisted lenders in all aspects of developing and implementing lending programs, focused on the origination of senior mortgage loans intended for securitization and mezzanine financing, and she closes transactions for lenders' floating rate programs secured by properties that generally do not yet qualify for permanent financing. She has advised clients on development and maintenance of processes, procedures, form loan documents and other loan program issues. Marla understands the business goals and time deadlines of clients and works tirelessly to take a proactive approach to help clients meet their objectives.
