Robert Adams’ practice includes services to clients on a local, regional and national basis with respect to a broad range of transactional real estate services, including complex assemblages and assemblage financing; project construction finance utilizing senior and mezzanine structures; EB-5 financing; and leasing for mixed-use, commercial, office and industrial projects, as well as residential and commercial condominiums.

Robert’s previous experience as a senior executive at a real estate development company provides a unique perspective to his real estate practice. In addition to his experience advising clients in transactions, he has been responsible for financial statements, forecasts, marketing and sales, team building, project underwriting, and financing.

  • Represented owner/developer in acquisition, assemblage and disposition of property and development rights and ground leases in Manhattan, New York. Project included development and construction or conversion of residential condominiums, mixed-use, office and commercial buildings, as well as assemblage, construction and inventory financing.
  • Represented industrial and retail owners in acquisition of properties for construction of new facilities and existing properties for renovation and expansion.
  • Represented a national developer in lease, development, construction and sale of build-to-suit projects for a variety of tenants in more than 25 states.
  • Led a legal team in supporting national, regional, and local railroads in the planning, construction, and bond financing of an award-winning railroad infrastructure project.
