As closing counsel, Sarah has closed loans secured by many types of real property, including hotels, offices, manufactured homes, multifamily residential, shopping centers and other collateral. She works with mortgage loan originators, banks and other financial institutions regarding loan origination, restructuring and servicing.
  • Successfully closed loan modification and refinancing of thirteen properties in five different states for a local lender.
  • Successfully closed the $28 million refinancing of office building in Queens, New York.
  • Successfully closed a transaction involving three office park properties with three related loans totaling $90 million.
