Scott Herpich is a consummate strategist. He provides guidance to companies from formation to exit strategies and works with clients large and small. For more than 15 years, he has focused his practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, general corporate/business law, securitized loan servicing, securities transactions, and financial services.

Scott’s experience includes representing private equity and venture capital firms in acquisitions and mezzanine financing transactions. He also advises private and public companies in connection with mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and sales, registered and private equity and debt offerings, compliance with securities regulations, corporate governance, contested and uncontested tender offers, and proxy solicitations and joint ventures. In addition, Scott represents loan servicers and consultants in connection with the defeasance of commercial mortgage-backed securities loans.
