As a corporate and transactional attorney, clients rely on Tyler Short for guidance on a multitude of matters. Tyler also brings his attention to detail to Polsinelli’s multidisciplinary emerging technology practice, which assists clients in a variety of technical fields such as energy, life sciences, and information technology. He works in support of the St. Louis regional effort to support and encourage the establishment, funding, and development of companies operating in these fields.
  • Represented a private equity firm in a $63 million sale of a health care platform. 
  • Represented a pharmaceutical company in a set of three divestitures totaling $350 million. 
  • Represented a consumer goods company in an $185 million asset purchase. 
  • Represented an electronics company in an $85 million asset purchase. 
  • Represented a motor company in a $30 million purchase. 
  • Represented a restaurant in two assets sales of approximately 60 restaurants to new and existing franchisees.
