He represents national, regional and community banks, and lenders in federal and state court loan enforcement actions including real estate workouts, foreclosures, receiverships, collection actions, and actions to enforce judgments or recover fraudulently transferred assets in Missouri, Kansas, and other jurisdictions.


Terrance is experienced in representing clients who are debtors or creditors in all types of bankruptcies and insolvencies, including litigation involving claims litigation, motions for relief from the automatic stay, and prosecuting and defending creditor claims from preference and fraudulent conveyance claims.


He has advised regulators, insurance companies, and creditors in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Texas, and other jurisdictions in all aspects of the conservation, rehabilitation, and liquidation of insurance companies under state law, including asset recovery litigation.
