Mr. Lunn's representative experience includes:
- Represented supplier of gaming devices in a lease/loan dispute with a tribal casino in Oklahoma. Following arbitration, the arbitrator determined that the client was entitled to recover in excess of $8.8 million in damages.
- Represented an industry leader in heavy highway construction throughout the Southwest United States in connection with a contract dispute. The dispute was litigated in Los Angeles, California and the client received a judgment in its favor in excess of $200,000.
- Represented a privately-held environmental remediation and development company in a condemnation matter involving a partial taking of real property located in Los Angeles County. After a five-week trial in Los Angeles, California involving environmental remediation, land use entitlement and valuation issues, the jury awarded the client over $12.3 million in damages. The condemning authority had argued that the client was only entitled to recover approximately $150,000 in damages because of the taking.
- Represented the manufacturer of gaming devices in a lease dispute with a tribal casino in California. Following arbitration in San Francisco, the client was awarded in excess of one million dollars.
- Represented a Fortune 500 international construction company in both the defense and pursuit of claims arising out of a failed multi-million dollar hotel/retail/commercial development project.
- Represented a leading provider of software solutions for cross-channel retailers in connection with a dispute relating to the development of a complex software package that was intended to be used by retailers as an enterprise product which would assist in nearly every aspect of the retailer's needs.
