The popular Polsinelli Shughart Health Care Breakfast Series returns this month with an opportunity to ask questions of lawyers in the firm’s Health Care Law practice. During the complimentary breakfast event, attendees will gain perspective on how providers are navigating complicated reimbursement issues and creating business opportunities.
Randal L. Schultz will speak on current topics including Health Reform. He will raise issues that are affecting practices of all types and solicit feedback from the audience on methodologies that make medical practices more efficient and allow greater access to patient care in a more cost effective and quality manner. Topics to be discussed include:
- Medical Home Concept
- Accountable Care Organizations
- Patient/Physician Concierge Relationships
- Methodologies for Generating Additional Revenues
Mr. Schultz will also emphasize current issues regarding health insurance plans given the change in legislation and the advent of health care insurance exchanges. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet multiple attorneys from Polsinelli Shughart and discuss a variety of legal issues.
