Final ACO Rules Explained

The CMS final rules to implement Accountable Care Organizations under the Medicare Shared Savings Program have been released and will be published in the Federal Register on November 2, 2011. CMS responded to more than 1,300 comments and made changes in the rules to increase flexibility and improve ACO financial viability.

Janice A. Anderson

Janice A. Anderson has over 25 years' experience focusing on health regulatory and compliance issues and more than 30 years' experience working in the health care industry. Alan K. Parver

Alan K.
