Polsinelli Shughart Health Care Law A Complimentary Webinar Event - An Invitation
Monday, October 31, 2011

Please join us next Monday for a free, 90-minute webinar discussing the final ACO rules.

Final ACO Rules Explained

The CMS final rules to implement Accountable Care Organizations under the Medicare Shared Savings Program have been released and will be published in the Federal Register on November 2, 2011. CMS responded to more than 1,300 comments and made changes in the rules to increase flexibility and improve ACO financial viability.

Join us for this webinar focused on the important changes made to the proposed rule, how these rules differ from the Pioneer ACO and other initiatives sponsored by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, and new Antitrust and fraud and abuse guidance. We also will identify practical issues that the rules pose for providers who seek to participate as ACOs.
