Steven K. Stranne is a physician and lawyer with over 16 years of experience in Washington, D.C. designing, implementing and overseeing complex legislative and regulatory initiatives involving Congress, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), numerous other federal agencies within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Medicare Administrative Contractors. He currently serves as policy counsel to several large non-profit health care associations, and he represents numerous health care providers and manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, biologics and medical devices.

Alan K. Parver
Shareholder, Polsinelli Shughart PC

Alan Parver is a Shareholder in Polsinelli Shughart's Washington, D.C., Public Policy group. He focuses his practice on health care law with particular emphasis on representing providers, suppliers and manufacturers on legislative and regulatory issues pertaining to third-party reimbursement, coverage and coding. A significant portion of his practice is concentrated on Medicare coverage and reimbursement for medical equipment and technology. His clients include high-tech health care manufacturers and providers, as well as several start-up ventures in health care. He currently serves as counsel to the National Alliance for Infusion Therapy, the National Association for the Support of Long Term Care, and the National Home Infusion Association.
