Representation includes local, regional and national projects, complex assemblages and assemblage financing, project construction finance utilizing senior and mezzanine structures for mixed-use projects and condominium towers.
Mr. Adams was previously a senior executive at a real estate development company where he was responsible for financial statements, forecasts, marketing and sales, team building, project underwriting and financing.
