Robert E. Fitzgerald, Jr. leverages his more than 35 years of experience to help clients with general corporate and real estate transactions. He represents small- to medium-sized businesses from formation to disposition. He has represented the Kansas City Public Library for more than 20 years.
Mr. Fitzgerald helps clients in business transactions ranging from corporate acquisitions to regulatory enforcement. In recent years, he has handled major business acquisitions and sales with such diverse projects as real estate general partnerships, construction business sales, statutory reorganizations of Missouri political subdivisions and real estate venture formations.
Mr. Fitzgerald held a clerkship with the Missouri Court of Appeals in St. Louis in 1973.
