Ronald G. Rossi has extensive experience in connection with mergers and acquisitions, finance and project development in the fields of oil and gas, alternative energy, power generation, health care and bioscience, corporate governance, and securities. He has acted as counsel involving such participants in such projects, including project owners, construction and engineering firms, lenders and equity investors. Individual projects have varied in size from less than $100,000 to more than $2 billion, and have been located throughout the United States, and in Europe, Australia, Asia and Latin America.
