Ms. Boschert is an associate in the Business Department's Health Care practice group. Ms. Boschert focuses her practice on general health care issues and corporate transactions on behalf of various health care providers. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Boschert held leadership positions in a hospital setting overseeing risk management, regulatory and corporate compliance, investigational research operations and medical staff where she acquired considerable knowledge concerning health care operations and regulatory compliance. Specifically, some of Ms. Boschert's areas of experience include interpretation and application of Medicare Conditions of Participation, state licensure requirements, The Joint Commission standards, medical peer review, EMTALA, HIPAA, and Stark related matters.
