Thomas K. Irvine

Tom Irvine has extensive trial experience involving hundreds of jury trials, bench trials, other evidentiary proceedings and alternative dispute resolutions. He has been called upon to represent clients in complex matters including real estate transactions and litigation, construction, condemnation, land use controversies, development agreements, contracts, employment law, election disputes, litigation and other matters.

Mr. Irvine served as vice chair of the Condemnation Committee of the American Bar Association's Section on Real Property, Probate and Trusts, 1994-1996 and has chaired the Arizona Election Law seminar for the State Bar of Arizona.
