Timothy C. Klink’s practice focuses on all aspects of real estate development, including planning, zoning, land use and redevelopment law. Mr. Klink also concentrates on representing clients in connection with multiple public financing vehicles and incentives, including tax increment financing, community improvement districts, transportation development districts, real and personal property tax exemptions and various state income tax credit programs.
Mr. Klink also has experience in other related areas of law, including representing contractors and developers in construction contract negotiation, as well as general representation of clients in connection with real estate and other forms of financing.
