Travis Salmon is a shareholder in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group. Mr. Salmon represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of litigation including pre-trial, trial, appeals and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He has first-chair jury trial experience, and has argued before the Kansas Court of Appeals. His practice includes a wide variety of litigation in state and federal courts such as business torts, civil rights, trademarks and other intellectual property, franchise, securities and product liability cases.
Mr. Salmon also has substantial experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in class actions throughout the United States. In his representation of plaintiff classes, he has received recognition for helping recover more than $100 million for clients. As defense class counsel, he has successfully defended against class certification at both state and federal levels.
