Citing the firm’s growing health care presence and commitment to the health care industry, the incoming president of the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) has joined national law firm Polsinelli Shughart. This July, Kristen Rosati will become the president of AHLA, the nation’s largest educational organization devoted to legal issues in the health care field, with more than 11,000 members.
“Kristen is a national thought leader in the area of health information, emerging health technology and clinical trials, all areas that have critical importance to our clients under the federal reform law.
