Attorneys in this practice group assist clients with compliance and training regarding the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and related state laws. We prepare clients for all aspects of OSHA investigations, including witness interviews, as well as initial and closing conferences. Should OSHA file a formal complaint, our attorneys are prepared to litigate OSHA’s enforcement actions through trial and any appeal. Attorneys in our practice group have experience representing clients in defense of whistleblower claims brought under Section 11(c) and other federal whistleblower statutes enforced by OSHA.
