Polsinelli recently represented the management team of Potters in entering into an agreement to be acquired by a consortium led by Macquarie Asset Management from TJC, a private investment firm.

Potters manufactures engineered glass materials that provide performance, safety and sustainability benefits across transportation, infrastructure, industrial and specialty markets. The agreement is expected to support Potters’ continued growth and investment across its global operations.
