Adam Randle's primary goal is to make what can seem like a difficult topic as easy as possible through clear communication and understanding client goals. He works diligently to protect client assets throughout their lives and to preserve those assets for children or other beneficiaries in the future.
He counsels individuals and families who are planning ahead or dealing with the loss of a loved one and advises those who wish to provide for young children, as well as those who are preparing to transition wealth or a family business to the next generation.
Adam regularly assists clients who intend to pass assets down to the next generation by developing trusts, which avoid probate and can be often used in conjunction with limited liability companies or an existing corporation, and that allow for the orderly transition of assets with optimal tax savings.
He prepares the following documents for his clients:
- Wills
- Revocable Trusts
- Durable Powers of Attorney for Financial Matters
- Health Care Declarations
- Irrevocable Insurance Trusts
- Gift Trusts
He also has experience implementing more sophisticated estate and gift tax planning techniques, such as family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, spousal lifetime access trusts (SLATs), grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs), qualified personal residence trusts (QPRTs), sales to intentionally defective grantor trusts (IDGTs), charitable remainder trusts (CRTs), and private foundations.
In addition, Adam handles trust reformations, post-death trust and estate administration matters, and preparation of gift tax, estate tax, and fiduciary income tax returns.
With assistance from his colleagues in litigation, Adam counsels clients regarding estate and trust disputes.
