Angelica Parrilli provides valuable legal counsel to clients in the financial services industry. Angelica concentrates her litigation practice on representing banks, financial institutions and other creditors in commercial loan workouts, foreclosures, receiverships, consumer and business bankruptcies, Uniform Commercial Code matters and a broad range of creditors’ rights issues.
Angelica has handled a diverse range of matters for clients in the financial sector and other industries in state and federal courts across the country, including bankruptcy courts. She also regularly advises individual and corporate clients on issues involving real estate law, business disputes and general commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Polsinelli, Angelica worked as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Allen P. Walker in the Circuit Court of Cook County. She attended the University of Illinois College of Law, where she served as Publicity Editor of the University of Illinois Law Review.
