Anna Dudenhoeffer Simpson assists clients in complex transactions, ever mindful of how an individual deal complements the client’s long-term goals. Whether tackling the complexities of structure, negotiation or documentation issues, she facilitates lending transactions, including asset-based loans and restructures on behalf of both borrowers and lenders. Anna’s deep commercial lending experience makes her an integral member of Polsinelli’s financing opinion team. She has served as local counsel on hundreds of lending transactions requiring legal opinions in the jurisdictions where Polsinelli practices, including Delaware, Massachusetts, Missouri and Kansas. As a member of Polsinelli’s opinion committee, Anna provides flexible and efficient local counsel support to both domestic and international clients.
Anna is a proud supporter of The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art and Kansas City Mothers in Charge. She is also one of the co-founders of Lives on the Line, a nonprofit organization dedicated to gun violence prevention in the Kansas City metro.
