Anne Vilsoet focuses her practice on the preparation and prosecution of patents within the software and electronics industries. Her experience includes counseling clients on patent portfolio development, as well as on drafting and prosecuting patent applications.  

Anne works with both established and emerging companies in a range of industries including fintech, blockchain, artificial intelligence and machine learning. She has drafted numerous patent applications on a broad spectrum of technologies in the areas of generative AI, payment systems, data and image processing, autonomous vehicles and sporting equipment.

Previously, Anne worked as in-house patent counsel at a leading global edge-to-cloud company, where she managed multiple patent portfolios. She has also contributed as a staff member to the AIPLA Quarterly Journal.
