Billy Sahachartsiri is a litigation associate in Polsinelli’s Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on defending employers in complex employment litigation matters in federal and state court, involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination. He also defends employers in wage and hour complex collective, class and representative actions alleging claims for overtime, minimum wage and meal and rest break violations. In addition to his litigation practice, Billy counsels companies and businesses on a wide variety of employment and compliance issues, including hiring, disciplinary decisions, terminations, personnel policies and practices, trainings and payroll. He represents clients in a broad array of industries including, technology, entertainment, retail, fashion, healthcare, manufacturing and transportation.
Billy received his law degree from Columbia Law School in 2019. While in law school, he was an Articles Editor for the Columbia Human Rights Law Review and served as Co-President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. He also served as a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York.
