Combining a strong scientific background with extensive litigation experience, Bobbie represents clients in complex intellectual property disputes, including high-stakes patent, trademark and trade secret disputes. Her practice spans all phases of litigation, from supervising discovery and managing large-scale databases, to developing strategy for dispositive motions, claim construction and participating in trial. Bobbie has played significant roles in multiple complex patent trials, including two recent jury trials involving medical devices. She also has experience handling post-grant proceedings before the PTAB and briefing appeals before the Federal Circuit.

Bobbie is known for her versatile approach, regularly collaborating across practice groups on trademark enforcement, licensing disputes and patent litigation. Her practice is further strengthened by her applied research experience and advanced degree in biomedical science (M.S.). Drawing on her scientific background, Bobbie provides clients with practical, technically informed advocacy in cases involving life sciences and emerging technologies.

During law school, she served as president of her Intellectual Property Law Association, conducted research on biotechnology patenting, and competed on the Moot Court Council. She remains active in the professional community as a member of the Nancy F. Atlas Intellectual Property Inn of Court and committee chair for the Houston Intellectual Property Law Association.
